Mr. Pitts: I've often wondered if there has been subsequent discovery regarding where Charles M. Carroll went (if anywhere) after Belmont. I've seen mention of court-martial but that could possibly refer to Charles H. Carroll. Do you happen to have additional information on Charles M.?
