Jim, the man in that photo is Corporal John T. Killingsworth of the 17th Tennessee. The image is used as the dustcover image for my copy of Soldiering in the Army of Tennessee by Larry J. Daniel. It is shown on page 4 of chapter 1 and is credited to Herb Peck. Do you have any way of contacting Larry J Daniel? It is my understanding he pastors a church in Tennessee, I think Nashville.
