Hello, I am hoping someone can confirm for me that the Capt. J. L. Riggs of the 154th Tennessee buried in Grave #39, Section 9, McGavock Cemetery, is actually Capt. Mark L. Riggs. Also, does anyone have a clue why this Tennessean ended up among the Missourians? Thanks. Eric
