Thanks Alan. It really helps now that I know what I am looking for! I haven't had time to recheck the roster I did find but I believe there were E's on the roster.

Yep, even had some Yanks come capture me a time or two as thier cooks are passable!! My daughter has even begun to enjoy cooking on the open fire. We have done ground ovens, box ovens, spit, dutch oven etc. You put a pot on and everyone is just amazed that we actually are making biscuits, pies, cakes, cookies, meatloaf, chicken, turkey etc and any kind of soup/stew you can think of. Rations up here are usually hamburger, carrots, potatoes and onions. Add basic ingredients and something different to it and they scrape the pot clean every time! Saves on washing! If I haven't planned on cooking that weekend and they give rations, the guys have even gone and bought the "extras" and the pot to put it in! I make an oatmeal pie they fight over, good thing it makes two!
