Hey, I'm trying to find some information on three great-uncles who fought with the 51st. and am finding sketchy info only. Does anyone know of a good source on the 51st; or specifics on James T. or John B. or William A. Hayley who enlisted in Company D at Jackson, Tn. on 02/26/62. I have them at Tupelo in June with the Army of the West and very little after that. I know that they all survived the war and that William B. was transferred to a cavalry unit at some time. Thanks.
