My ancestor that served in 2nd (Ashby's) Tennessee Cavalry Regiment (CS) went to Arkansas until 1876 when he returned back to East Tennessee to live the next 30 years of his life. His cousin fought in the 2nd Tennessee Infantry Regiment (US).
