These deaths would probably be from units which served in the Army of the Northwest. They were

1st Turney's (Provisional Army), 7th, 14th, Tennessee Regiments. These units were absorbed by the Army of Northern Virginia in March, 1862. Also the 1st(Maney's) and 3rd (Vaughn's) Tennesseee Rgiments. These latter 2 regiments were transferred to the Western Theater after Loring's Army of the Northwest was broken up.
