No one in the Corinth area seems to have much information about the different Confederate burials in the area. By the time Corinth was evacuated, these had to have numbered well over a thousand. Most certainly they are not marked.

The National Park historian at Shiloh should be able to answer questions about flags carried during the battle. These varied over time, so a flag carried by the same regiment in 1863 might not look the same as one carried in 1864 or in 1862.

The regimental commander, Col. Benjamin Hill, filed a report of his regiment's part in the battle which is available in the Official Records. Wiley Sword and Larry Daniels have written histories of the battle which you should find quite helpful.

In addition, for a few dollars a battlefield map for Shiloh is available showing the exact location of every monument and marker in the park. This make it fairly easy to follow a brigade (and thereby a regiment) during the two day battle.
