Roy, The Old Gray Cemetery in more downtown and adjacent to the National Cemetery. I'm not sure of the first burials there, but its very old and its safe to visit. The Confederate Cemetery (Bethel)on the other hand, is located in the Eastern part of the city, just across 1st Creek. This part of the city is noted for its very crime rate and a refuge for drug dealers and pimps. I'd not go in there with less that a Brigade of Forrests' Cavlary and I'm not kidding. Jreb
