Anyone farming three acres or more will be listed in the county agricultural schedule. The schedule should include more information than most people today will know how to use. It doesn't list chickens or any other kind of bird, but all other farm animals are there, along with farm land and how it was used and its value, the value of farm tools, the value of animals slaughtered, the value of farm produce sold, and about three dozen categories of crops.

It's not published, and there's no index, so you just have to find a way to get the microfilm for the year you have in mind and look for the farm manager/owner's name.
