Believe it or not, even though the 14th TN were from Clarksville, hardly anyone around here knows much about them. They are far more interested in the 49th and 50th Tennessee, also from this area, who fought in the West starting at Ft. Donelson in 1862.

Randy Bishop has the most recent book on Archer's TN Brigade so you might try that source.
