I am looking for information on Major Joseph J Dobbins or any of his family. I am looking for information on a Sarah Agnes Dobbin from Mt Pleasant Tenn area, who might be his sister or wife. Also, with the Confederacy, a D B Dobbin, who definitely was a brother to Sarah. I have an old Memory Album from the civil war which once belonged to Sarah Agnes Dobbin.
