Confederate Soldier Burial

I have been searching for my ggg grandfathers burial location. He was in the 1st Mississippi Company C Infantry. His name was Jackson V. Lovins. I do not know his date of death excepct some time after 1870. I could only find his war records. He was released from Alton Prison on Feb. 16, 1864. I do know the last residence in 1870 by the Census records was Haywood County ,Tenn. By 1880 Census I could only find his wife and children still living in Haywood Co. Tenn. alone. I cannot locate him after the 1870 census.
I know it's along shot but does anyone have any suggestions where to locate his grave. I was lucky enough that someone found his brother buried in Saline Arkansas. He died in 1921. He also served in the 1st Mississippi. thanks
