According to his obituary, R J Fink,who died in Springdale,Ar, was a native of East Tennessee and a member of the GAR. The Civil War Soldiers and Sailors system shows
a Richard Fink Co M 2nd Ohio cavalry. Is this the same person? Any help appreciated.
