Hello Greg, I few weeks ago while doing research at the Tennessee State Archives I saw a fellow doing some research on flags. I encourged him to talk to a man named Greg Biggs as he was considered to be one of the experts with WBTS flags as anyone that I knew. He looked at me straight in the eye and said "I am Greg Biggs" LOL
