I don't know if you remember helping me with postings in the past, but you have provided assistance on many occasions. The William H. Phelan I am looking for served in Co. G of the 2nd Tennessee Infantry. (Walker Legion) According to the service records I have he enlisted in Nashville. I was looking for information on him because his regiment was reorganized more than once and I wondered if he might appear on more than one regiment's roster. I guess I was a little curious about whether the two William H. Phelans could have been the same fella. Guess their dates of birth rule that out.
