December 13-14 will mark the 145th anniversary of the Battle of Bean Station, TN during the Knoxville Campaign. A ceremony will be held at the Bean Station Cemetery on US 11W at the Bean Station Baptist Church (Bean Station Cemetery Rd) at noon, Saturday, 12-13-08. The Bradford-Rose Camp, SCV will be sponsoring the ceremony. 40 unknown Confederate soldiers are among those who are laid to rest at the cemetery which was a part of the Battle. All are welcome to attend.
