My great grandfather was John G. Collins from Henry County, Tennessee. He was born about 1835 in Virginia. He was with the 154th Senior Infantry Company in Company A. Information available states he was shot and killed by guerillas on May 13, 1863 at McClanahan Mills. Any information about the location of McClanahan Mills and where this unit was fighting during the Civil War would be greatly appreciated.
