While completing research to compile a list of all Confederates buried in Rockingham County, Virginia, I located a newspaper article concerning Henry T. Barnett, Company E, 14th Tn.
This article noted he died in Harrisonburg at a civilian residence and was buried in town.
I am trying to determine if his remains were removed at some time, or if he, like a number of soldiers, lies in an unmarked grave in the Confederate Section, Woodbine Cemetery, Harrisonburg.
If his remains were not removed, I would appreciate biographical information on Henry so it can be included in the list.
