I'm looking for information on a Captain Calvin Brixey. My understanding is that he fought as a guerrilla/bandit for both Confederate and Union forces in Middle Tennessee. His last regiment was part of a unit called the 1ST ALABAMA AND TENNESSEE VEDETTE CAVARY USA. He is said to have been from Coffee County.
