POW Camps in Memphis

I am wondering if anyone might be able to help me in this effort, I am wondering if there are any photos of the Prisoner of War Camp and the surrounding area that was known as Botanico-Medical (I believe it was located possibly somewhere on Beale Street).
My interest is that my wife's great uncle was a prisoner at this location during the Rebellion and the family story tells of a plantation just outside the main gate, this plantation was owned by another family member.
I would very much like to find out if there are any photos or information available of the prison and if I could possibly obtain copies of same if they do exisit. Thanks for your efforts,
Robert A. Mogor
