Check with Linbaugh Library in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. They may have an excellent thesis by Mabel Pittard from many years ago. Possibly it is in the Rutherford County Historical series. Mabel Pittard was my 8th grade teacher, a first rate historian, and a wonderful person. I can thank her for my interest in the Civil War and ultimately writing on the Stone's River campaign.
