Capt. Jack Hinson's son Albert

Captain John "Jack" Hinson's son Albert served at the end of the war in the Confederate army. His parole record states he was originally enlisted at Fort Donelson in September 1861 by Col. Stocker. This should be Col. Stacker of the Fiftieth Tennessee Infantry, whch is the same unit his brother George Hinson started out in. But as Albert would have only been 15 years old at the time he must not have been officially mustered in as no record exists of him in the Fiftieth.
