Sunday, February 13th at 3:00 pm – Franklin Civil War Roundtable - Discussion of African Americans in the Civil War - Thelma Battle, Franklin resident and historian, will speak on families and individuals and their experiences during the War period. Bill Radcliffe, Nashville Fireman and Civil War re-enactor for 25 years as a member of Co. B 54th Massachusetts, U.S. and Co. A 13th United States Colored Infantry, will discuss his re-enactor experiences. Pearl Bransford, a resident of Franklin for 22 years and a native of Brownsville, Tennessee, currently serves as a Franklin Alderman and will be the panel moderator. The Franklin CWRT meets on the second Sunday of each month at the Williamson County Public Library.
