October 10, 1862, paroled at Fort McHenry, Md., sent to City Point, James River, Va. for exchange, January 27, 1863, admitted General Hospital, Petersburg, Va. February 2, 1863, gunshot wound left breast, Paroled Prisoner, returned to duty February 7, granted 30 day furlough February 15, 1863, received pay on June 30, 1863, receipted for an issue of clothing December 7, 1863, last recorded present on the Jan/Feb, 1864 muster roll

Note: This is the last company bi-monthly muster roll surviving, as such, we can not ascertain his subsequent service

* This company subsequently became Company K, 1st (Field's) Regiment Tennessee Infantry, and it formed Company C, 1st and 27th Regiment Tennessee Infantry (Consolidated) January 1, 1863
