Lacklins Regiment of Texas

I am looking for more information for Frederick Bowen. Info I have says he was a soldier for the Confederacy in Captain Hickey's Regiment of Lacklin from the state of Texas. He enlisted in the fall of 1861 and served to the close of the war.
