I would like to hear from any other Hartts whose ancestors fought in the Civil War for the CSA. I show several in various Texas units and would like to see if and how we are related. My gg grandfather was William Jackson Hartt who fought in the 14th Tex. Cavalry along with his older brother James Hartt (who died from wounds at Chickamauga). Their father was Isham Hartt.
