Kevin: I am interested in your research. If you ever publish anything on the Sibley brigade or the 4th Texas Cavalry, I would like to purchase a copy. My Great grandfather, Winfred G. Bailey, was in Company E of the 4th Texas. I have studied the activities of the Brigade but I know nothing of the flags. I have heard that Navarro Jr. College has one of the Sibley Brigade flags but I don't have any details. Ron Bailey
