Please excuse the fact that my resources on Texas units are scanty. During June 1862 two regiments (among others) were operating in Arkansas. One commanded by someone named DARNELL and the other by someone named SWEET. Could some kind person identify these units for me and, if possible, suggest where I could find information about them on the net. Sadly I do not have acces to the Supplement to the Official records where these questions could probably be answered.
