I am looking for any information on Georgia veterans that migrated to Texas that served in the 39th Georgia Volunteer Infantry. I am searching for old photos, newspaper articles, letters, diaries, journals, family stories, pension records, grave locations, reunion records, Masonic information, United Confederate Veteran records, ex-Confederate Aid Association records, church affiliations, etc. I know of a number that settled in post-war Tarrant, and Fannin Counties.
