Joe Evin Haney is lost in CSA records. His wife was expecting him home for the birth of their 4th child expected Christmas 1863. Instead she was informed he had died of measels in Little Rock. Wife, Caroline White, died in childbirth so there are no pension records. The 4 little girls were raised by 4 famillies. The National Archeives has no record of his service. Neither does the TX Archeives. Where could I search. He lived in Freestone Co. TX, but came to TX from TN in 1860. Any help would be appreciated.
