I was told by our family historian that my great-great grandfather and his brother enlisted in the Robertson Brigade of the Confederate Calvary in Austin, Texas. My great-great grandfather's name was Meredith Carol Longley and his brother was George Washington Longley. I would appreciate any information you can provide me on these two men or the Robertson Brigade.
