The find no Watt's outfit in Texas. The one Cameron I find is a Major Allen Cameron who commanded the 1st Infantry Battalion in Waul's Texas Legion , a well-known Texas unit. Could your "Watt's" be Waul's ? If so, there is a bunch of stuff written about them. Sorry I could not be more helpful.
