Parker, commissary agent, McKinney, Collins Co., TX. In Co’H’/Wells’ Rgt. Apr 65 muster states AWOL since 26 Mar 65.

“I certify with honor that the services of Jacob Cramer a private in Capt Perkins Co Good’s Batt is very necessary to repair thrashers & mills as there are no other men ? in his neighborhood capable of doing the work. This is necessary and I recommend that he ? detach be extended from the 6th of August for ninety days for the benefit of the public service.”

Wells’ Bn has the following info: born GA, a farmer, age 34, blue eyes, dark hair, 5’10” tall,
and enlisted 28 Jul 62 in TX by CPT Gillette for 3 yrs.
