Gentlemen
I have a question about Col. Riley. I know he was killed at the battle of Irish Bend in Louisiana, but was his body ever exumed and returned to Texas for burial. I have been trying to locate the gravesite of the soldiers that were killed in the battle, i have had a few leads which have been kind of iffy but the latest one may be it. I also want to let you know that the OCR will be placing a Historical Marker at the Battlesite this fall and we are hoping to have a good crowd of re-enactors there, but any way if anyone can help me out with Col. Riley i would really appreciate it. Mike Broussard
