My computer is a ten year old antique and I have Windows NT 4.0. It does not have a sleep feature. It seems like the site is fixed, at least the Texas site seems to be working correctly. The "Messages Since Your Last Visit" feature was working this morning with seven new messages were displayed in red. Yesterday, I put in a password and saved it, that may have helped.
