5th Mounted Texas Volunteers

THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!!
To Bruce Allardice and Craig Morin for your reply.
Your information is GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
It reelly helps fill in the blanks.

The only other Texas document I have is on the
19th Cavalry signed by Col. Parsons in Shreveport.
A commissary document for 105 BEEVES paid in Feb. 1864
but obtained in July 1863.
If I can ever help you please let me know.
I have recorded two audio-books on cassette:
"300 Days In A Yankee Prison".About Camp Chase Ohio
written in 1904.

"The Sack And Destruction Of Columbia,South Carolina"
Written in 1865.

Also have an album;"Authentic Poetry Of The Confederacy".
All selections are from the war era and set to beautiful instrumental music from that era as I read all twenty selections.
