That movie tried to be accurate about the arms used, and the problems caused by the black powder smoke from the Springfield 1873s, versus the smokless .30-40 Krags the Rough Riders had and 7mm Mausers used by the Spanish. They even got Kettle Hill vs. San Juan Hill right. Were there any WBTS vets other than Wheeler, from either side?
