I recently was lucky enough to find and purchase a celluloid button and ribbon from the 1911 UCV reunion in Little Rock, Arkansas. It is a camp badge for the E.S. Rugeley chapter of UCV veterans from Bay City, Texas. I was wondering if anyone could provide me with information about this UCV camp. I believe E.S. Rugeley served in the 35th Texas Cavalry and 13th Texas Infantry as well, but I couldn't find any information about the UCV camp which was named in his honor. Any info. would be appreciated.
