I don't know specifically of the unit, but something that works well is to key in the unit name with the addition of the actual word photo as part of the search term. Try also the National Archives photo collection, and the Library of Congress. The LOC site is fabulous, as is the Library of Virginia and the Confederate archives. I believe the Confederate archives are at Richmond (?). Good luck.
