I am looking for information about Pvt. Knud S. Knudson, born in Norway in 1830, who served in the Confederate Army. I think he was separated from the Confederate Army in Vicksburg, MS. He was my wife's great grandfather who emigrated to Texas with his father, Salve Knudson, in 1846. They settled first in Normandy (now Brownsboro) in East Texas, then moved to Four Mile Prairie southeast of Dalls, and finally, to Bosque County.
