Major John W. Berry of Archer County

Ron Coddington,

Major John W. Berry of Archer County wrote this letter on April 5, 1862 with two undated letters attached. ..Berry is mentioned on six pages of my 1,014-page book.

I now think the "Uncle Haley" of Howel A. "Doc" Rayburn and Havell Rayburn was "James S. Haley, b-1828." ..Please send additions and/or corrections.

I'll be happy to send you a copy of this correspondence via e-mail.
