I might be able to help you out with the "post war" part if we are talking about the same Pablo Alderete. Before the war he would have had children by his first wife, Susan, named Guillermo and Jose Angel (adopted). After the war, he married my great great grandmother Ramona Silva Wuertemburg. Wuertemburg may have been spelled differently or shortened to two syllables during that time.
