Jim---Where in "southern Arkansas?" is the marker? Is it a "commercial marker" or one of the VA types now available (with proper documentation) for WBTS Confederate vets?

Being a 5th generation Texan, now transplanted to Arkansas (an "Arkansas War Bride??!!") and frequently traveling about the state I'd like to check it out as well as hear the story behind it.
