The following Texas soldiers, as identified by their grave markers, are buried in various Georgia cemeteries:

Lacey, W. R.; Co C; Stonewall, Griffin (Grave # 351)
Martin, Sebastian; Co A; d. 8 Dec 63; Stonewall, LaGrange

Maxwell, J. CPL; Co A; Confederate, Rose Hill, Macon
Newton, L. T.; Co E; Confederate, Rose Hill, Macon
Ray, W. T.; Co C; Stonewall, Griffin
Rose, George; Co C; Confederate, Myrtle Hill, Rome

For what it is worth, each of these cemeteries, except that in Columbus, is extremely well taken care of, apparently by the city governments or the cemetery associations. The entire cemetery, not just the two Coinfederate sections, at Linwood, is just not well maintained (or at least it was the three or four times I visited there, some years back).
