I am looking for information on the Tenth Texas Cavalry. They fought in Tennessee and in Vicksburg, as well as other battles in TN. & MS.
I would also like any information on Captain Anderson WHETSTONE, 10th Texas Cavalry (dismounted in 1862), Co. "H", who was my 5th great Grandfather.
I believe they started out in Locke's Brigade, and later to Ector's Brigade, to name but two.
