I can't speak for all of the units on your list but I know the "Grimes County Grays" was Company "G" of the 4th Texas Infantry and the 20th Texas Infantry (Elmores) both recruited in Grimes County, Texas.

PS. In Anderson near the old Grimes County Courthouse there is a nice Confederate Memorial Park with a fine statue of a Grimes County Gray.
