The Sons of Confederate Veterans Cross of Saint Andrew Camp #2009 of Cherokee County Texas has many upcoming events scheduled for the remainder of 2008. Membership is available to any male decendant of a Confederate veteran. The camp also has an outstanding ladies support group, the Saint Andrew Southern Belles for any ladies who wish to support the camp and the many events and activities they participate in annually.
