I find a Pvt R.E.Wyatt age 30 enlisted in Captain J.C.Duncan's Company, Ochiltree's Regiment Texas Volunteer's. Muster-in May 6,1862 at Camp Sidney Johnson,Marion Co.(Near Jefferson)Texas for 3 years. Home was Coffeeville,Upsher,Co. Texas. Company muster roll Sept/Oct 1862 shows Co.H 18th Tex Inf Regmt. sick in hospital Des Arc( Ark).Regimental Return Dec 1862 shows, Died Dec 22 at Little Rock, Ark of disease.
There is also a Yancy Wyatt in the same Company, age 22, from Coffeeville.
