Ken: As you know, Parson's brigade consisted of the 12th, 19th, 21st and Morgan's regiments of cavalry and also the 10th Texas field artillery. I have a bowl portion of a molded spoon made from melted minie balls with the trooper's initials carved on the back. This was recovered from one of Parson's north Louisiana camps. Since this is such a personal item, I wanted to research the soldier's name and regimental attachment. Which regiment did the mentioned troopers serve in? Thank you for your time and help. Roy
